1. Visual check of doors, windows and locks for signs of water leaks, damage or forced/unauthorized entry.
3. Check for the correct operation of the HVAC system.
4. Check all large appliances.
5. Check garage door operation.
6. Check fuse panels for tripped breakers.
7. Visual check for insects and pests and take appropriate actions.
8. Visual check and report on fuel levels (if applicable).
9. General monitoring of landscape for condition and appearance.
10. Visual pool and spa inspection.
11. Visual inspection of exterior drains and gutters to ensure they are performing correctly.
12. Storm and power outage checks-We will make additional visits after major storm and/or power outages.

Access to academic buildings is by reservation only. The four buildings below will be open Monday - Friday and closed on the weekends from September 15th through December 25th.
Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.,

Bus:
The M98, M101, M102, and M103 busses go south on Lexington Avenue and north on 3rd Avenue.
Subway:
The 6 train stops directly under the College at the 68th Street station. Alternatively, you can take the F train to the East 63rd Street and Lexington Avenue stop. After exiting the station, walk north on Lexington Avenue to East 68th Street.
